Values

Humane perspective for business

As a HR professional I am a person who considers employees as people, not labor. The people are the most valuable resource in the company - without people there is no company. In difficult times all parties needs to be flexible and able to negotiate about the best solution for the people and the company. And when the company succeeds, people who worked for that needs to be rewarded.

Humane working life

Life is not just about work. Work life and private life needs to be in balance and support each others. Working life needs to be flexible and take into account people’s different - and sometimes challenging - life situations and support them.

Also, being a professional is not 8-16 work. Nowadays the best employee is not the one who stays the office the latest. Results should talk, not the working hours or the working time. The company needs to ensure that people are not working continuous extra hours and have the resources to organize their work properly.

Social responsibility and sustainability

I can easily commit to the DEI principles i.e. diversity, equality and inclusion as well as UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and especially for those that are directly related to working life i.e. most of the goals. I want to work to ensure that the goals and DEI principles are taken into account in working life and that they are actively promoted.
